The method HATMARA-MERKAVA allow to make changes and
transformation of all fears, traumas, blockages that avoided us
to be in life with health, joy, love, richness, to be ourselves
in all meanings and fulfill the life.
The life energy
retreat
This retreat is for connecting the
higher self, the personal universal guide ness.
It done by using all what exist in life, all what are LIFE
ENERGY.
With the help of HATMARA method, the blockages and the obstacles
that prevent the connection to the infinite life that are in us
are transformed, and the possibility to fulfill the
self-potential opens.
In The retreat we are producing the maximum of being with life
energy.
We are LIFE ENERGY by connecting to the life energy in different
ways.
About the practice
Be able to be our selves and
connect our life mission and our joy and guides we need to
transform all what block us to be.
For this practice of transformation, and connecting the self
its needs condition that make it easy, to get result. Doing
Transformation for obstacles and connecting to our inner guides.
For this purpose we have the retreat.
Condition of isolation in natural beautiful peacefully
place, getting away from responsibilities and dependencies of
the daily life, make it easy to connect to ourselves.
By being in SILENCE we create condition to connect to the
deep in us.
When we don’t talk to others, we able to concentrate inside
us, and collect our own energy, and in contrary if we don’t need
to listen to others we don’t waste our energy and take others
energy.
The great gift that we can give to ourselves is ones in a
wile take vacation from other energies, and give us all the
care, love and inner power.
That we do by being in SILENCE.
We are in vacation from all only for us.
When we are in this condition, it is very easy to do
transformation and connecting the self, and guide.

will be in Karuna center.

Meditation, looking inside us, breathing, Tibetan sticks
practice.
- Practicing transformation and self connection by using
different methods –MERKAVA- "thought causes", Transforming
fears, habits and ways of thinking, feelings, that prevent from
having infinite light stream, and being the self
- Using the creation law of Universal reparation (TIKUN OLAM)
– complementary energy And the original transformation power cod (Keter-YEHI OR)
for immediately transformation
- Singing, drumming and dancing and coolers for integrated
with nature – life energy.
